APRIL IS A BIG MONTH FOR SALES IN THE WORLD OF ANTIQUES & JUNK

There will be many opportunities to shop for quaint antiques, funky junk, cleverly repurposed pieces, and special treasures this month.  Semi-annual events provide loads of goodies beyond the normal monthly sales.  You will see some of your favorite local vendors at these shows plus dealers from farther away.

A Gathering of Friends Antiques Market runs this Thursday through Sunday, April 4, 5, 6 & 7 at the Bachman’s Flagship Minneapolis store. Architectural pieces, garden finds, primitives, European wares, cottage and industrial looks will be creatively displayed. Free admission and parking.

Junk Bonanza takes over Canterbury Park in Shakopee on Thursday through Saturday, April 18, 19 & 20. More than 140 juried vendors will offer vintage finds, good junk, architectural salvage, antiques and artisan-repurposed pieces. General admission is $9 per day with Early Bird tickets available too.

Jiggety Junk in St. Paul is a twice yearly sale which runs April 25, 26 & 27.  On a much smaller scale, the gals host a friendly yet professional shopping experience in the carriage house of a vintage home.  Treasures may range from antique to mid-century furniture, fabric, dishes, housewares, and garden decor.

Please check each listing by date for more information on ALL April sales.  Photos will be coming soon.
