The Prairie Haven sale is like a giant tent sale with many groupings reminiscent of a furniture store. Every decade of decor can be found plus lots of current decorator touches and beautiful original pieces made from wine barrels. Charming vintage, cool lighting, and repurposed crafts. The next sale is in September.

Heirlooms Tea Room offers yummy food, delicious teas, and a vintage setting with a wonderful attention to detail and just the right amount of food to satisfy. Private teas for 8 or more. FYI.

The Prairie Haven quarterly sale begins tomorrow and runs Thursday – Saturday 10-6 daily. Jane will have lots of vintage and repurposed furniture plus many upholstered pieces and decorator pillows and accessories. Raven Avenue is north of downtown Hutch and Hwy 7. (It’s about an hour west of Minneapolis).
If you’re thinking about going on Saturday, please consider having afternoon tea at Heirlooms Tea Room at 12:30. Cost is $25 for a multi-course meal in the garden (weather permitting, of course). Vintage Treasures Market on the Farm near Fountain, MN is ready to welcome visitors and shoppers this morning at 9:00. Everything has a fresh sparkle especially all the repurposed furniture and home decor. With many vendors, you’ll find vintage, country, farm, antiques, jewelry, and repurposed items displayed along the driveway. And a bonus is the magnificent setting with a view over the green countryside. Hours are 9 to 6 today and 9 to 4 Saturday. The Bonjour Provence twice yearly sale in Richfield captures the best elements of a French brocante or flea market. There’s a good assortment of pottery, dishes, linens, antiques, and enamel signs, all hand picked during a recent trip to France. You’ll also find tables, chairs, desks, and cabinets, all newly painted in hues of blue (French blue, bien sur) or country red, soft yellow, violet, green or white. Something for every decor and garden. The melange is artfully displayed outdoors with colorful floral accents and the sweet fragrance of flowering bushes.
