Fall is beckoning us indoors with cheerful decor and cozy furniture. The Alley at 218 Central Avenue in downtown Osseo has a great assortment of tables for family meals, holiday entertaining, or a relaxing drink plus cabinets, buffets, dressers and small occasional tables for any room in your house. There’s a good mix of rustic, antique, and newer vintage styles including wall art and home decor. You’ll also find vintage jewelry and warm scarves and (dare we mention?) mittens. New this month are pieces from the Pineapple Girls to spice up the already terrific selection of goods. The Alley is open Saturday from 9 to 5 and Sunday from noon to 4.
The French Flea at 211 East Main Street in downtown Anoka has some beautiful furniture in their signature pale paint colors including bookcases, tables, hutches and chairs. The fall decorative accents add a spark of color and the prints and posters add a cozy feel to the shop. The back patio has plants and a small selection of outdoor (or indoor) pieces to keep your spaces interesting all year. The French Flea is open Saturday from 10 to 5 and on Sunday from 11 to 4. Happy saling!
