Staying Warm in South Minneapolis

Staying warm may be fun in a vintage fur – whether real or faux. Every shop had one today! Clothing is only a small portion of what you’ll find, however. Furniture and decorative items are abundant as are dishes, art, jewelry, and candles. But each shop has a few interesting (one might even say, quirky) one-of-a-kind treasures which may catch your eye. It’s a good weekend for making the rounds with so many stores open! Open today are Flamingos Divine Finds at 3404 Cedar Avenue (open 10-6 daily through Sunday) and Urban Cottage at 5157 Bloomington Avenue which is open until 7 today, 10-7 Thursday, 10-6 Friday-Saturday and 10-5 Sunday. The Cottage House at 4304 Chicago Avenue is open Thursday-Sunday 10-6. E’s Emporium at 3911 Minnehaha Avenue is open 11-6 Friday-Sunday. Amour Sophie has re-opened at 3002 E. 50th Street and is open Friday and Saturday from 11-6. Happy saling!
