This weekend you’ll want to hop in your car – better yet, in your van or truck – to catch some of the sales that await. From Duluth to Northfield, from Carver to Rosemount, you’ll find occasional shops stocked and styled with all manner of vintage goods. For the largest group of dealers under one roof, head to Junk Bonanza which takes place at Canterbury Park in Shakopee. You’ll find over 140 exhibitors on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Admission is $10 per day or you can purchase an Early Bird/3-day Pass for $25 online at junk bonanza.com or at the gate.
On a smaller scale, shops like Laurie’s Trunk in Bloomington will be open to welcome you from 11-5 Thursday-Saturday and 12 to 4 on Sunday at 9066 Lyndale Avenue South with tables, chairs, chests, mirrors, and more. Don’t miss the ecclesiastical and garden sculpture. Gorgeous plants showcase dramatic urns and planters which make the perfect summer accessory for home, garden or patio.
Whichever sales you visit, have fun and happy saling!
