A Gathering of Friends is back at Bachmans on Lyndale for another of the semi-annual sales of antiques and vintage goods. The sale opened on Thursday morning and continues until Sunday at 3:00 pm.
There are many of your favorite vendors like Haupt Antiek and Ms. Mac’s plus a few new vendors offering a wide range of crafts repurposed from old vintage pieces. The layout is a bit different this year with some greenhouse storage added and no blooming plants in the area.
BUT the main area is packed with a wonderful array of large and small items of everything vintage – dishes, art, photos, toys, architectural remnants, furniture, fabric, maps, clothing, signs, buttons, pillows, quilts, garden ornaments, windows, trunks, rugs, pots, glassware, games, and so much more.
The space is light, bright, and comfortably warm. Plus you can grab a coffee, pastry or lunch at Patrick’s or flowers, etc. at Bachmans without going outdoors.
Hours are Saturday 10 to 4:30 and Sunday 11 to 3 at Bachmans, 6010 Lyndale Avenue South in Minneapolis. Happy saling!
